Pesti Career Day 2024 is organized at the Linnanmaa campus of the University of Oulu on the 18th of January 2024. Registration for the event opens on Monday 2nd of October 2023.

Fill in the details of your company/organization. Please pay attention to filling in the billing details and only give the requested information.
The registration fee doesn’t cover the meals for your representatives. When filling out the registration form you can estimate the number of representatives in need of meals during the event day. Meals contain tickets for breakfast, lunch and coffee. It is possible to get more tickets for meals during the event day.
Please see our exhibition map before registration. You will choose between eight areas (A, B, C, D, E, F, G and H). When you choose the exhibition area, the registration form informs you if there are still slots remaining. If the area chosen has no remaining slots, choose another area.
After choosing the area you will also choose the size and type of your exhibition stand. Then you will need to choose if you want to order wall structures for your exhibition stand from the event supplier. Sizes for exhibition slots are 3 m x 1 m and 3 m x 2 m. Please notice that wall structures from the event supplier can’t be placed in every area. You can see the type of the exhibition slot in the exhibition area map.
If your organization/company is interested in cooperating with student organizations in the technical field, you can choose the option in the registration form. Your contact information can be given to the representatives of these student organizations for you.
You can also present additional information if needed.
Cancellations on or before the 30th of November 2023 will incur no cancellation fee. Exhibitors canceling after the 30th of November 2023 will be liable for payment of the full registration fee (375 € + VAT).
Cancellations two weeks before the event or later will incur the full fee including stand area rental.
