Pesti Career Day is the largest recruitment event in Northern Finland, held annually at the University of Oulu’s Linnanmaa campus. The event day in 2026 will take place on January 15.
The event is primarily aimed at meeting the needs of engineering students and employers, but each year it also attracts students, job seekers, and companies from many other fields.

Pesti Career Day has been organized continuously since the 1990s, with the exception of the COVID-related break. The event originated during the economic recession of the early 1990s, with the goal of supporting the employment of engineering students. Over the years, Pesti has grown significantly, and at its peak more than 120 companies have participated.

The event is organized by Teekkarilupi Oy, in cooperation with students of technical fields at the University of Oulu.
