Pesti Career Day Registration Terms and Conditions

General

These registration terms and conditions apply to companies participating in the Pesti Career Day (Pesti-päivät) event. By registering, the company commits to complying with these terms. The organiser of the event is Teekkarilupi Oy.

Registration and Payments

Registration takes place via an electronic registration form in accordance with the organiser’s instructions.

The participation fees for the event are determined according to the price list available on the event website.

If the company does not have a Finnish business ID (y-tunnus), the participation fee must be paid in full in advance at least two (2) weeks before the event. Otherwise, invoicing will take place afterwards by the organiser.

A company may cancel its registration without incurring any costs until 6th of December. For cancellations made after this date, the registration fee will be charged. If the cancellation is made less than two weeks before the event, the full price will be charged.

Stand Spaces

A maximum of six (6) representatives may be present at a single exhibition stand at any one time. If a company wishes to bring more representatives, it must reserve an additional stand or another suitable space.

The organiser reserves the right to modify the placement of stand spaces if necessary.

Changes and Cancellation by the Organiser

The organiser reserves the right to change the event schedule, premises arrangements, or programme.

If the event must be cancelled for reasons beyond the organiser’s control (e.g., official restrictions, force majeure), the stand booking will be partially or fully reimbursed. The registration fee will not be refunded.

The organiser is not responsible for any indirect damages or costs (such as travel or accommodation expenses) resulting from changes to or cancellation of the event.

Marketing and Use of Information

Information entered into the company database may be used for event communications and marketing (e.g., displaying the company’s name and logo on the event website and programme materials).

The information provided during registration will not be disclosed to third parties without participant consent.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by Finnish law.

Any disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiation.

If no settlement is reached, the matter will be resolved in the District Court of Oulu.

If these terms differ with the Finnish language version due to translation issues or similar reasons, the Finnish language one will supersede the English language version.
