The one year AFRY Future Stars programme begins in May and finishes in April. The programme is planned to support your studies and personal development by four Training Days together with all AFRY Future Stars trainees. Training Days support you to plan your
career path and develop your skills as an expert.

During the programme, you can negotiate about a possibility to write your thesis at AFRY.
The programme is flexible, so it is possible to negotiate about an exchange period abroad. AFRY Future Stars programme offers various positions around Finland.
